The shotgun seat is an accessory that attaches to your bike. Any changes or modifications made to your shotgun seat will void any warranties and will be at your own risk.
When using the shotgun seat, your passenger will be unrestrained and as such carries inherent risks dangers and hazards similar to mountain biking.
Using the shotgun seat does not protect your passenger from the risk of accident, injury or death. Kids Ride Shotgun Limited provides clear fitting instructions with the shotgun seat and safety instructions relating to its use. Incorrect fitting of the shotgun seat, or the use of your bike in a way that is contrary to the safety instructions, can cause or contribute to cosmetic and/or structural damage to the frame or components of your bike or personal injury or death, for which Kids Ride Shotgun Limited accepts no responsibility.
If you have any questions relating to the fitting of your seat, please contact the original place of purchase, or contact Kids Ride Shotgun Limited. Kids Ride Shotgun Limited (including its employees or agents) will not be liable in any way for any damage, injury (including personal injury), losses, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by you or any third party that are caused by, or connected with, the purchase or use of the shotgun seat.
If, for any reason, Kids Ride Shotgun Limited (or its employees or agents) does become liable to you or any other third party, its maximum liability is limited to an amount that is equal to the retail price of the shotgun seat. The purchase and use of your shotgun seat constitutes a purchaser contract agreement. Under this contract agreement the purchaser: understands and accepts the risks associated with using the shotgun seat; understands and has fitted the shotgun seat correctly as per the fitting instructions provided; has read and accepted the shotgun seat disclaimer statement; and uses the shotgun seat entirely at their own risk. If you do not accept the conditions above, please return your unused shotgun seat within one month of purchase to the original place of purchase for a full refund.
Your use of the shotgun seat or failure to return the shotgun seat within one month of purchase constitutes acceptance of the conditions above. Kids Ride Shotgun Limited will determine, in its sole discretion, whether any returned shotgun seat is unused and therefore eligible for refund.

Sports by Sager Inc. started in 2003 as a large sporting goods store in Okemos, MI. Shipping 10,000 orders per month. We offer a wide variety of products including apparel, sunglasses, bikes, golf and outdoor stuff.

All orders ship today, most are 2 day delivery, if your order is paid by 3:00 PM EST, also Saturdays. We use USPS for domestic shipments under 15 pounds, and FedEx Home for heavier items. We do also offer FedEx Overnight and 2 Day Delivery, at an extra cost. Items totaling over 0 require a signature to protect both of us. If this is an international shipment, please allow additional time for customs. Sometimes items get held up for no apparent reason.
