eBay Policy states: Buyer must notify the seller and return the item within 30 days (including weekends and holidays) of receipt of the item.

Any item returned must be returned in the same condition it was received. The item must be wrapped for the return shipment as it arrived to the buyer. If we send you a printer and the toner cartridge was removed and packaged separately, then you must return it to us packed the same way. Serial numbers and IMEI are recorded for EVERY item sent out and will be compared upon receipt of return. Items will be tested to ensure functionality before issuing a refund.

We do accept US returns for warranty items within 30 days of receiving the product and with a RAM (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Occasionally, UPS will damage units during shipping. If this happens, all packaging material and the original box the unit was shipped in must be saved
for UPS to pick up, along with the damaged item.

UPS damage claims can take several weeks to process.
